How to order details

How to set up the 1st time

Once you have placed an order an email is sent to you immediately. 

This email contains all of your ordering information plus links to assist you with payment.

√  Select your food items to order.

√  Click CART  at the top right corner.

√ Fill out:

1)  Contact.        

        2)  Ordering Method.

   3)  Choose A Time.

        4)  Payment Method.

5)  Comments.    

√   Click Place Delivery Order Now.

Х If something is not correctly entered you will have a SHADED button.

 √ Once corrected you will get a solid button. 

This is real-time order. 

   √  Wait a Minute for us to Accept the Order.

Once accepted please share on the provided Facebook Link and make the necessary payment.

Please note:

There are no APPS to download or banking information placed online.

1) CONTACT: 

  • √ Name, email and local phone number only ONE time.

 

2) ORDERING METHOD: 

  • DELIVERY.
    • √ Add Complete address only ONE time.
    • √ Click Continue.
  • You now have a MAP.
    • √ Move the RED placemark to your EXACT delivery location.
    • √ Click “DONE
    • √ Then click “SAVE

3) CHOOSE A TIME: 

  • √ Select the next day for Bangkok.
    • (If ordering Monday then select Tuesday)
  • √ Select 2 days from the ordering date.  
    • (If ordering Monday then select Wednesday)
 

4) PAYMENT:  (Same as the old system)  See below

  • Bangkok:
    • √ Use QR code or bank account transfer or Cash (Cash on Delivery).
  • Outside Bangkok:
    • √ Use QR bank account transfer.  (No COD)

5) COMMENTS: 

  • Please add any information we will need and/or pass on to the delivery driver.

  1. RE: DELIVERIES

    I live in a Bangkok condo with a 24-hour reception desk.

    1 – Can I request a certain time of day for delivery in Bangkok? .. I cannot be sure I will be home unless I schedule it.

    2 – Does the delivery service call me to arrange for me to meet them when they arrive, or to schedule a time for when I will be home?

    3 – If I am not home, and everything is pre-paid, can the delivery service leave my package with the reception desk? .. is the food packaged in something, so that it will last a bit (within “reason”, however that is defined) without fully thawing?

    I completed the order form but the “Place Delivery order Now”, it does not work on my screen.

    1. Hello Steve, Saved details are processed with a digital “Cookie”. This is done with your web browser. If you change browsers, move to a different device, or clear your browser cache, then all cookies will have been deleted. You will then need to re-enter your details.
